{"id":5987,"date":"2026-06-23T08:35:24","date_gmt":"2026-06-23T07:35:24","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.lifely.cc\/?p=5987"},"modified":"2026-06-23T16:13:02","modified_gmt":"2026-06-23T15:13:02","slug":"spritz-sistema-iot-che-misura-impronta-idrica-ed-energetica","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.lifely.cc\/it\/spritz-sistema-iot-che-misura-impronta-idrica-ed-energetica\/","title":{"rendered":"SPRITZ: sistema IoT che misura impronta idrica ed energetica"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>[et_pb_section fb_built=&#8221;1&#8243; _builder_version=&#8221;4.24.3&#8243; _module_preset=&#8221;default&#8221; global_colors_info=&#8221;{}&#8221;][et_pb_row _builder_version=&#8221;4.24.3&#8243; _module_preset=&#8221;default&#8221; global_colors_info=&#8221;{}&#8221;][et_pb_column type=&#8221;4_4&#8243; _builder_version=&#8221;4.24.3&#8243; _module_preset=&#8221;default&#8221; global_colors_info=&#8221;{}&#8221;][et_pb_text _builder_version=&#8221;4.27.0&#8243; _module_preset=&#8221;default&#8221; text_font=&#8221;|300|||||||&#8221; global_colors_info=&#8221;{}&#8221;]<\/p>\n<p><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Come nasce SPRITZ?<\/span><\/i><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Si \u00e8 partiti da una semplice domanda: <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00e8 possibile sapere, in tempo reale, quanta acqua usa un campo e quale impatto ambientale produce?<\/span><\/i> <span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/><span>Spritz (Sensorized Platform for the Reconfiguration of IrrigaTion based on Zone measurements), progetto di ricerca e sviluppo, si pone come obiettivo quello di fornire un sistema di controllo e misura dell\u2019impronta idrica ed energetica, prevedendo la progettazione e la realizzazione di una centralina di irrigazione intelligente, in grado di rispondere alle emergenti <\/span><b>problematiche sul costo dell&#8217;energia e sulla necessit\u00e0 di ridurre gli sprechi della risorsa acqua.<\/b><\/span><\/p>\n<h3><span style=\"color: #0b8573;\"><strong>L\u2019Architettura generale della centralina<\/strong><\/span><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Il sistema Spritz \u00e8 strutturato come <\/span><b>ecosistema IoT distribuito<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, composto da nodi di misura, nodo di controllo e piattaforma cloud.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>Componenti principali<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><b>Centralina intelligente Spritz<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, basata su microcontrollore <\/span><b>ESP32<\/b><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><b>Gateway LoRaWAN<\/b> <b>RAKwireless<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, dotato di SIM IoT per la trasmissione diretta dei dati al cloud<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Sensori LoRaWAN: sensore di bagnatura fogliare, stazione meteo, sensore PAR, 4 sensori Seeed Studio S2105, uno per ciascun filare, water meter LoRaWAN<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Box di alimentazione dedicato per gateway e centralina Spritz<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3><span style=\"color: #0b8573;\"><strong>Flusso operativo del sistema<\/strong><\/span><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">I sensori installati nei filari acquisiscono parametri ambientali e agronomici, questi dati vengono trasmessi tramite rete LoRaWAN al gateway. Quest\u2019ultimo inoltra i dati al cloud Lifely ed \u00e8 qui che avviene la normalizzazione e l\u2019aggregazione dei dati.<br \/><\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">La centralina Spritz utilizza tali informazioni per eseguire l\u2019algoritmo decisionale e in base all\u2019esito pilota in modo indipendente le elettrovalvole di irrigazione.<br \/><\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Il sistema \u00e8 stato implementato e validato su <\/span><b>4 filari<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, ciascuno gestito come unit\u00e0 logica autonoma.<\/span><\/p>\n<h3><span style=\"color: #0b8573;\"><strong>Approccio modulare<\/strong><\/span><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">La centralina \u00e8 progettata secondo una logica modulare, composta da: <\/span><b>scheda MCU principale<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, <\/span><b>sotto-moduli di I\/O<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> per l\u2019interfacciamento con gli attuatori e separazione funzionale tra: alimentazione, logica di controllo e interfacce di uscita e ingresso per espansione moduli (sensori\/attuatori).<br \/><\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">La modularit\u00e0 non \u00e8 limitata all\u2019hardware della centralina, ma estesa all\u2019intero sistema Spritz. I sensori LoRaWAN sono completamente disaccoppiati dalla centralina, inoltre ogni filare \u00e8 gestito come entit\u00e0 indipendente, pertanto l\u2019aggiunta di nuovi filari o sensori non richiede modifiche hardware.<br \/><\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Questo approccio garantisce <\/span><b>replicabilit\u00e0 e scalabilit\u00e0<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, requisiti chiave per contesti agricoli reali.<\/span><\/p>\n<h4><strong>Sistema di misura dei consumi energetici<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">I dati energetici vengono elaborati tramite infrastruttura <\/span><b>AWS EC2<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, che svolge le seguenti funzioni:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">normalizzazione e storicizzazione dei consumi<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">acquisizione dei dati di energia prodotta da impianto fotovoltaico (se presente)<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">distinzione tra energia prelevata, prodotta e autoconsumata<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">monitoraggio del carico elettrico complessivo<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Il sistema EC2 \u00e8 configurato per:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">confrontare il consumo istantaneo con la potenza massima del contatore<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><b>generare allarmi automatici<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> quando il consumo si avvicina alla soglia di <\/span><b>15 kW<\/b><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">prevenire distacchi di fornitura e sovraccarichi.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4><strong><b>Il valore aggiunto di SPRITZ: Il modulo LCA<\/b><\/strong><\/h4>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Un elemento che distingue il progetto \u00e8 sicuramente l\u2019integrazione del <\/span><b>Life Cycle Assessment (LCA)<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> realizzata in collaborazione con il <\/span><b>CNR di Sassari<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">.<br \/><\/span>Grazie all\u2019integrazione dei consumi energetici e i dati idrici e agronomici dei sensori \u00e8 possibile calcolare, per ogni ciclo produttivo, quattro indicatori LCA:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><b>Cambiamento climatico<br \/><\/b>Quantifica le emissioni di gas serra (es: CO\u2082, CH\u2084, N\u2082O) convertite in kg di CO\u2082 equivalente tramite il potenziale di riscaldamento globale a 100 anni (GWP100). Si articola in tre sotto-categorie: fossile, biogenico e uso del suolo<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><b>Eutrofizzazione<br \/><\/b>L\u2019eccesso di azoto (N) e fosforo (P) negli ecosistemi acquatici e terrestri, causato da fertilizzanti, reflui zootecnici e scarichi civili. Si distingue tre sotto-categorie: acqua dolce (kg P eq), marina (kg N eq) e terrestre (mol N eq<b>)<\/b><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><b>Uso dell\u2019acqua<br \/><\/b>Quantifica il consumo di acqua dolce ponderato in base alla sua disponibilit\u00e0 locale, attribuendo maggiore peso ai prelievi nelle regioni pi\u00f9 aride. Si esprime in m\u00b3 di acqua deprivata (m\u00b3 world eq)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><b>Uso di risorse fossili<br \/><\/b>Quantifica l\u2019energia estratta da risorse fossili (petrolio, gas naturale, carbone) in relazione alla loro disponibilit\u00e0 geologica residua.
