Who we are and what we do with your personal data

LIFELY SRL (henceforth, the Data Controller), protects the confidentiality of the personal data of users (henceforth, also “data subjects”) of its website http://www.lifely.cc/it/ and guarantees the necessary protection from any event that may put them at risk of violation.

How the Controller collects and processes user data

Deselection and activation of cookies

Data processing is carried out through computer procedures by specially authorized and trained internal persons. What are the rights of the interested parties (users)

The user, at any time and free of charge and without special charges and formalities for the request, may:

  • obtain confirmation of the processing carried out by the Data Controller;
  • access personal data and know their origin (when the data are not obtained from you directly), the purposes and aims of the processing, the data of the subjects to whom they are communicated, the storage period of the data or the criteria useful to determine it;
  • update or rectify personal data so that they are always exact and accurate;
  • delete personal data from the databases and/or archives, including backup archives of the Data Controller in the case, among others, in which they are no longer necessary for the purposes of the processing or if the processing is assumed to be unlawful, and always if the conditions provided for by law are met; and in any case if the processing is not justified by another, equally legitimate reason;
  • limit the processing of personal data in certain circumstances, such as where its accuracy has been disputed, for the period necessary for the Controller to verify its accuracy.

You must also be informed, in a reasonable time, when the period of suspension has expired or the cause of the restriction of processing has ceased to exist, and thus the restriction itself lifted;

obtain personal data, if received or processed by the Controller with your consent and/or if their processing is on the basis of a contract and by automated means, in electronic format also for the purpose of transmitting them to another data controller.

The Controller must do so without delay and, in any case, no later than one month after receipt of your request. The deadline may be extended by two months if necessary, taking into account the complexity and number of requests received by the Controller. In such cases, the Controller will, within one month of receipt of your request, inform you and make you aware of the reasons for the extension.

Complaint

Without prejudice to any other action in administrative or judicial proceedings, you may lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority or with the one that performs its duties and exercises its powers in Italy where you have your habitual residence or work or if different in the Member State where the violation of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 occurred.

Any updates to this notice will be communicated to you promptly and by appropriate means, and you will be similarly notified if the Data Controller follows up on the processing of your data for purposes other than those set out in this notice before proceeding to do so and in time to give your consent if necessary.
