LIFELY SRL (henceforth the Data Controller), with registered office in Sassari, Viale Umberto I 42, protects the confidentiality of the personal data of users (henceforth also “data subjects”) of its website and guarantees the necessary protection from any event that may put them at risk of violation. Method and place of processing of collected Data

Retention Period.

The Data are processed and stored for the time required by the purposes for which they were collected or check the “Types of cookies used” section.


  • Personal Data collected for purposes related to the performance of a contract between the Data Controller and the User will be retained until the performance of that contract is completed.
  • Personal Data collected for purposes related to the legitimate interest of the Data Controller will be retained until such interest is satisfied. The Controller shall do so without delay and, in any case, no later than one month after receipt of your request. The deadline may be extended by two months if necessary, taking into account the complexity and number of requests received by the Controller. In such cases, the Controller will, within one month of receipt of your request, inform you and make you aware of the reasons for the extension.
